The Clerk & Comptroller’s Official Records System houses court judgments, deeds, liens, marriage licenses, mortgages, plats, and tax deeds for Palm Beach County.
The Clerk's Official Records System Project will improve operational efficiency and modernize the imaging, processing, storage, and retrieval of legal records, as well as improve ease of access to legal records by the public. The new system will replace the Clerk's existing Official Records Information System.
